1. Before using the seat belt for high-altitude operations, check whether all parts are intact. The safety belt used for high-altitude operations must be used for high-hanging and low-hanging, and it is prohibited to use for low-hanging and high-hanging. Hang the seat belt on a high place, and people work below it, which is called high hanging and low use. This can reduce the actual impact distance when a fall occurs, on the contrary it is used for low hanging high.
2. The safety harness rope protector should be kept intact to prevent the rope from being worn out. If it is found that the protective cover is damaged or falls off, a new cover must be added before use. It is strictly forbidden to extend the seat belt without authorization. If a long rope of 3m or more is used, a buffer must be added, and all parts must not be removed arbitrarily.
3. If there is no fixed hanging place for high-altitude operations, steel wire ropes of appropriate strength or other methods should be used for suspension. It is forbidden to hang on moving or pointed tax shuttle corners or unstable objects. The seat belt should be fastened to a firm component or object, to prevent swinging or collision, the rope cannot be knotted, and the hook should be hung on the connecting ring.
4. After using the seat belt, pay attention to maintenance and storage. Always check the sewn part and hook part of the seat belt, and check in detail whether the twisted thread is broken or damaged. When the seat belt is not in use, it should be kept properly, and it should not be exposed to high temperature, open flame, strong acid, strong alkali or sharp objects, and should not be stored in a humid warehouse. Seat belts should be randomly inspected after two years of use, and frequent visual inspections should be carried out for frequent use. If abnormalities are found, they must be replaced immediately. The seat belts that have been used in regular or sampling tests are not allowed to continue to be used.
